LG Optimus GJ E975W waterproof smartphone announced

One of the leading company serving in electronics industry worldwide from south korea has announced it’s new and company’s first entrant with waterproof ability. This device will be introduced under the most prodigious range of Smartphone series familiar as Optimus by the company till date. This device is named as LG Optimus GJ (model. E975W) and it will be available for sale in Taiwan in the upcoming couple of months. However, company has not disclosed the information regarding it’s availability in other countries.

LG Optimus GJ will now joins the same line up which includes high profile handsets and tablet with waterproof feature including Sony Xperia Z, Xperia ZL and ZR and recently up for a pre-order Sony Xperia Z tablet which just joined the same club today. The Price of LG Optimus GJ is 17,990 New Taiwan Dollar (32,292 Indian rupees approximately).

Coming towards it’s specifications and details, in terms of frame up LG Optimus GJ sports a huge 4.7 inch of True HD IPS+ Touch Screen Display with 1280 x 768 of pixels resolution. Dealing with it’s Platform dependency, this device runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Operating system powered by Qualcomm APQ 8064 Quad Core processor at a clock speed of 1.5GHz. To enhance the graphics unit of this device, it houses Adreno 320 GPU support. In terms of body dimensions and weight, LG Optimus GJ weighs 141.2 gms approximately and measures 136.9 x 68.9 x 9.39 mm in overall measurements. Briefing it’s Imaging Optics, this device has been offered with both the primary and secondary snapper options. On it’s back, it includes a primary camera rated at 13 MEGAPIXEL with LED flash technology which enable the user to captures it’s memorable moments more sharper even in the low light vision. On it’s front, it has been installed with 1.2MEGAPIXEL of secondary camera for video chatting.
