Taiwan based manufacturer of hardware and electronics products headquartered in Xizhi, new Taipei City has added a new entrant to upgrade it’s smartphone portfolio worldwide. This new smartphone is an entry level smartphone packed with some nice features and specifications. The name of this smartphone is dubbed as Acer Liquid Z3 and it will join company’s popular Liquid series of smartphones.

Acer’s products include inexpensive desktop and laptop PCs, tablet computers, servers, storage devices, displays, smartphones and peripherals which are very much appreciated by majority of tech lovers for their quality and price. This device is especially designed to suit all the range of age buyers. Targeting the youth company has encumbered this device with four mode. First mode or the basic mode will lure youngster with new call and text function. Senior mode includes messages, radio, weather, magnify, clock, quick call contacts. Third mode is termed as classic mode in which the user can enjoy the fun of all the main functions in a simple and organized layout which is incorporated to lure first time smartphone users. Last but not the least keypad mode is designed for those people who primarily use voice and need their keypad right away.
Coming towards it’s technical specifications and features, Acer Liquid Z3 comes with 3.5 inch of HVGA capacitive touch screen display with 480 x 320 of pixel resolution. Dealing with platform dependency, this device sails on Android 4.2 jelly bean operating system powered with a dual core processor running at a clock speed of 1 GHz. In terms of storage specifications, it comes with 512MB of RAM which makes the overall operation on this device quicker and faster, also supports 4GB of internal memory. Information regarding it’s availability of micro SD card is undisclosed. This device measures 109 x 60 x 10.4mm in terms of overall dimensions and weighs only 120gms. Enumerating it’s photography specifications, it comes only with a single camera options at the back side. Rated at 3 MEGAPIXEL the back side camera is capable of capturing nice quality snapshots.

And it is expected to come with all usual connectivity features like 2G, WiFi, Bluetooth and a 3.5 mm audio jack. However, exact details will be revealed at the time of launch only.

Slowly but surely, Acer appears to be making a name for itself in the European entry-level smartphone universe, courtesy of such devices as the Liquid E1, Z2 or S1. And especially the Liquid Z3, introduced to the world earlier today with modest specs but a pretty incredible price point. As per the rumors, it will go on sale in Belgium, Netherlands, Ukraine, France, Spain, Italy, Germany and Russia around mid-August for as less as €99 and UK for £79.
