Acer, slotted amongst the high-grade manufacturer’s and service provider in electronics industry across the globe has finally launched it’s new tablet as,”Acer Iconia B1″ in the Indian market. Earlier, Acer showcased Iconia B1 tablet during Consumer Electronic Show this month.
Continuing it’s legacy of introducing new tablet in the foray of tablet segment listed under it’s premium Iconia series, Acer has finally stepped aiming the budget segment at Indian shores. Devastating it’s display amplitude, Acer Iconia B1 sports with a bulky 7.0 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen display with 600 x 1024 pixels resolutions. This device also support 256K colors and also provide Multitouch facility to enjoy multi- user gaming experience. Deliberating it’s Platform dependency, Acer Iconia B1 runs on v4.1 Android (Jelly Bean) Operating System powered with a Dual Core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz. This Device weigh approx 320 gms. Dealing with Acer Iconia B1 storage specifications, it will support might be 8/16 GB of internal memory with 512 MB of RAM, to make memory more spacious this device comes with a micro SD slot through which memory can be easily expended up to 32 GB. However, Acer Iconia B1 lack with SIM facility as most of the device come with Dual Sim technology under such a price tag.
The all-new Iconia B1 does not have cellular connectivity but can access the internet via Wi-Fi(802.11 b/g/n). Other connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.0 and microUSB 2.0, GPS.
