iBall Cobalt 4.7G Quad Core phablet launched

Domestic manufacturer, iBall a privately held electronics company headquartered in Mumbai has upgraded it’s phablet / smartphone portfolio by launching a new element named iBall Cobalt 4.7G in the Indian market. This new phablet has been introduced by the company in the Quad Core powered ranges of devices.

Earlier company used to manufacture peripheral devices and hardware component for personal computers which includes keyboards, mice, CPU Cabinets, webcams headphones, microphones, MP3 Players etc, and now company has also shifted its focus over it’s gadgets segment in the Indian market including smartphones and tablets. Coming back towards the launch of the day and specifying the technical details of iBall Cobalt 4.7G, in terms of frame up this device sports a 4.7 inches of IPS Capacitive Touch screen display with 1280×720 of pixels resolution which delivers 312.47 ppi of pixel density. One of the common feature which is offered in almost every devices including phablet, tablet and smartphones familiar as dual sim with dual standby technology, this device is also packed with the same technology and support Dual Sim with Dual Sim technology.

Dealing with it’s platform dependency, this device iBall Cobalt 4.7G sails on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean Operating system powered with a Quad Core MT6589 processor running at a clock speed of 1.2 GHz. This device is also packed with Power VR SGX 544MP GPU card which will enhance the gaming power of this device. In terms of Storage specifications, this device is equipped with 1GB of RAM, 16GB of Internal memory. It is also provided with a micro SD card slot, through which memory can be easily expanded up to 32 GB.
