Celkon A107 Signature One and Celkon C779 mobile phone Unveiled

One of the leading domestic manufacturer in the Smartphone industry of India has dipped two new entrants in it’s wide ranges of mobile phones. The first one is a Smartphone named as, “Celkon A107 Signature One” whereas the other one is named as “Celkon C779” which is a basic feature phone.

From the launch of Celkon A107 Signature One and Celkon C779, company filed it’s strong entry against the other leading manufacturer’s competing in the similar category. Earlier, we witnessed the launch of Celkon A119 Q Signature HD which was well received as compared to the other devices competing in the same price segment. And now with Celkon A107 company is hoping to gain a new success in it’s Signature series. Talking about newly launched device and taking a glance towards the technical specifications of the first one in the line up ie. Celkon A107 Signature One, in terms of frame up this device sports a huge 5.0 inch of Capacitive Touch Screen display with yet to be disclosed pixel resolution. Dealing with it’s Platform dependency, Celkon A107 sails on Android v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich Operating System powered with a Dual Core processor at a clock speed of 1GHz.

On it’s storage front, Celkon A107 Signature One is offered with the usual connectivity options which places in mid range Smartphone segment. It is equipped with 512MB of RAM, 4GB of Internal memory which can be easily expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card slot. Enumerating it’s Imaging Optics, as we see in almost all the newly launched devices manufactured by the domestic manufacturers, it is offered with both the primary and secondary camera compartment. On it’s back, it is equipped with 8NEGAPIXEL of primary camera with Flash support which enable the user to click nice pictures even at a low light conditions. On it’s front, it is installed with a secondary camera rated at 0.3 MEGAPIXEL for video calling.

Briefing it’s Connectivity specifications, this device supports 3G, Bluetooth, mini USB. However, information regarding it’s power capacity is yet to be known. So far the price of this smartphone has not been revealed but the company plans to bundle in a flip cover along with the phone.

Picking the second one in the line up, is a feature phone named, “Celkon C799”. Celkon C799 supports Dual Sim (GSM+GSM) connectivity which is a common feature now a days in all kind of mobiles. In terms of display, this device features 2.4 inch of display with alphanumeric keypad. In terms of storage, this device supports a micro SD card slot through which memory can be easily expanded up to 16 GB. On it’s Connectivity front, it supports Bluetooth, FM Radio, LED Torch.

One of the main and key feature of this mobile handset is it is equipped with 1800mAh of battery coupled with a pencil battery (AAA) compatible for emergency calling which will can be really helpful if your battery dies at a place where there is no option to recharge, then you can use regular AAA battery to power up your phone.
