Magicon mobiles, domestic manufacturer which is now a popular brand has announced the launch and availability of it’s new element under it’s prodigious range of smartphone series familiar to us as UltraSmart as, “ Magcion UltraSmart Q50 Magnus and it is repleted with all the latest features and specifications that one finds in high-end smart phones.
From the launch of Magicon UltraSmart Q50 Magnus , company is aiming strongly to extends it’s network and amplify it’s image as a trusted seller for smartphones in the country in value for money segment. Couple of month ago, company has introduced a device named as Magicon UltraSmart Q7 which boasted some nice and decent specifications under it’s price tag. Coming back towards the launch of the day i,e Magicon Q50 and specifying it’s technical details and specifications, in terms of frame up this device flaunts the most sensitive 5-point multi touch capacitive screen display. So, even if the user touches five icons on the screen all at once, all five of them shall get activated simultaneously. Most other smart phones available in the market today have 2-point touch only in this price segment. It supports 800×480px of pixels resolution which makes the overall touch experience endorse with nice quality.
Dealing with it’s platform dependency, this device runs on Android 4.0 Ice cream sandwich operating system powered with a dual core processor at a clock speed of 1GHz. In terms of storage specifications, this device include 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via micro SD card slot. To make the user active on both the sim on a single handset this device is supported with dual sim (GSM+GSM) with dual standby technology. Connectivity wise, this device include 2G (EDGE), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth with A2DP and GPS. This device also support Wi-Fi hotspot generation capability i.e. the phone gets converted into a Wi-Fi router enabling other devices in the range to connect to the Internet. This essentially means that there is no need for carrying an Internet dongle or data card along. However, there is no confirmation whether it has support for 3G connectivity or not.
Briefing it’s photography specifications, this device comes with both the snapper options. On it’s back side, it include a primary camera rated at 2MEGAPIXEL with led flash support. It is quite weird to see such a low rated camera by any native maker as par it’s specifications is concerned. On the front, side it support a secondary camera rated at 0.3 MEGAPIXEL for video chatting.
According to Jitendra Rahi, Executive Director, CONPLEX International, “We gather market intelligence and put the same to use while sourcing phones. For example, one of the important feedbacks we received from customers and channel partners was that almost 50 per cent of smart phone users in India do not use any data plan (3G or GPRS) due to the cost involved, and yet want a big screen Android smart phone. Our Q50 Magnus would fit the bill for them.”
