After withdrawal of Reliance Jio Summer Surprise Offer which offered 3 months of complimentary service to users after initial recharges of 303 and 449, Jio is again with another interesting offer giving 84 days of usage with 1 GB daily data limit for Rs. 309 plus unlimited calling and 2 GB data usage daily for Rs. 509.
This plan is exclusively available for Jio Prime members only, which means if you have recharged your Jio number with Rs. 99 before April 15, but missed the chance to avail Summer Surprise offer then you can now get benefit of “Dhan Dhana Dhan”.
The new “Dhan Dhana Dhan” offer replaces the Summer Surprise offer which was deemed violation of telecom rules by TRAI last week. When pulling the plan, it said that all customers who have subscribed to the Jio Summer Surprise offer before it was discontinued will “remain eligible for its benefits”.
This means that if you already recharged for up to Rs 303 or above before now, you will get 1GB of data daily till July 1 and other benefits under that plan.
And if you are not a prime member, decided not to get lured by all Jio marketing tacts, then non-jio prime members will need to pay Rs. 349 and new customers will need to pay Rs. 408 (which includes 99+309). It is to be noted that whether you are prime member or not, every one will enjoy their complimentary app benefits which include Jio TV, Jio Cinema, Jio Music etc.
In February this year, RIL chairman Mukesh Ambani had announced Jio Prime membership at a one-time subscription fee of Rs 99. The Prime membership, available for one year, gives customers the option to choose from multiple data packs starting at Rs 149.
