ZTE, one of the leading manufacturer in telecommunications industry from China has launched it’s new phablet as,”ZTE Nubia Z5″. As many manufacturer’s are trying to take control over the phablet market across the globe with the new launches, ZTE finally taking some pretty big steps lately to push itself into the phablet market.
The ZTE Numbia Z5 sports 5inch full HD display with 1920 x 1080 of pixel resolution. This device will run on Android Jelly Bean 4.1.2 Operating System powered with Snapdragon S4 Pro processor clocked at 1.5 GHz with 2GB of RAM. Dealing towards it’s Storage Specifications, this devices houses an internal storage approx 4GB and is also dubbed with a micro SD card slot as with ZTE handset’s which can be expanded upto 32 GB. In terms of Optics, ZTE Numbia Z5 features with 2-megapixel front-facing camera and a 13-megapixel rear camera which will enable the user to experience nice image capturing quality. The design itself shows a relatively small bezel and three buttons along the bottom, meaning users won’t lose any pixels for on-screen buttons. To power it up, ZTE Numbia Z5 comes with 2,500 battery which claims to deliver 6-7 hours of talktime. ZTE is the world’s fourth-largest mobile phone manufacturer measured by 2012 unit sales and the world’s fifth-largest telecoms equipment maker measured by 2011 revenues.
ZTE Nubia Z5 will be a great device giving a tough competition to most of the high features Phablets which are going to arrive like Verizon Droid DNA and international version HTC Butterfly, Sony Xperia Yuga, LG Optimus G2 and Oppo Find 5, let’s wait and see what impact it will make in the arena of Phablets. There’s no word on whether the handset will be available outside of China, but we can expect the launch within a short span of time. The price of the phablet is expected approximately $400.
